RIP Brother Mario!!!!!!!!!!!!

We lost a truly good man today - my friend Mario has finally given up his battle with fucking cancer. He went when he wanted to go not when the doctors told him he was going to go! Mario fought long and hard. Yesterday he met his goal and attended his nephews wedding today he said fuck the world and checked out! i will miss you brother.

Brooklyn Invitational

Second year in a row we did this one - so i guess i havent missed one yet! great ride on the Verrazano then the BQE into Brooklyn (the BQE is guaranteed to make your ass bleed on a rigid)We ran over to the Indian Larry tribute party for a bit then to over to here. Great time great people! Rode in with Vonrothinfink,Panhead Rick and Boogierag Joe. We ended the day with a ride over the GOTHELS BRIDGE into Elizabeth for a few beers and raviolis at Spiritos....Special thanks to Knucklebuster Jeff for the master link off his knuck,without that i would still be in Brooklyn..

The Towers

I grew up in a city across the bay called Elizabeth and as a kid i watched those towers go up. My dad was a N.Y.C. union painter at the time and worked the towers. He sometimes drove me to the construction site as it was undergoing. The day the towers opened the workers had access to the roof of one of the towers(i dont remember which one)and my dad took me up. All i know was as a kid i was on top of the world. I drive by N.Y.C. all the time and look at the empty hole that was once the twin towers. Someone fucked up my back yard!
